I ordered a new GrandStream device that is not working. The company that provides my service told me to get in touch with them.
There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. There is no phone number! The suggestions online about the website and passcode to get into their system do not work! I tried everything for hours to no avail!
I would not buy any devices from them. I was told to buy this device by NetTalk Connect. They are horrible too. I did, but it has never worked.
The Ethernet cables flash at both ends. I was told that if I could sign into their website, I could find out if my device was connecting to my modem and therefore know if it was a faulty device or not. No way am I able to log in to their website. There is one place where you can log in if you are a business.
Maybe?
It seems that if you are just a private user, you are in deep trouble. Extremely exasperated.

My new grand stream device is not working. I called Annette talk and they told me to put in the IP address of my phone into my browser.
It welcomes me to HTHO1V2 and asks for my password and username. I assumed that they were asking for my password a

Help with my account
I can't actually give a rating because no one will talk to me I don't know if this is a good company or not because I can't talk to anyone.
I've submitted at least 10 tickets requesting to have someone contact me, and then I tried filling out the form contact form, after 10 tries I decided to give up. The form won't let you complete it keeps flipping out and not submitting.
